How are urgent jobs given out?

When several technicians get the same urgent offer, everyone can apply for a few minutes. Then the best fit gets it: how close you are, your score, your skills and past work for that client. The fastest tap does not decide it.

1. 1Open Urgent work and tap "Accept" on an offer to apply.
2. 2You will see "Applied — the client's pick is made in a few minutes".
3. 3If you are picked, the job is booked and you can tap "I'm on the way". If not, you get "Another technician was picked".

• If you are the only technician offered the job, accepting books it right away. Some clients choose the technician themselves.
