What is a private pool?

A private pool is your own list of technicians. Post a job to "Only my private pool" and only they can see it. You can require a cleared background check or insurance for a pool.

1. 1Open Talent pools (More > People).
2. 2Tap "Create Talent Pool", name it and tap "Create Pool".
3. 3Tap "Add Contractor" to add technicians.
