Why was my account suspended and how do I appeal?

Open Your account to see the reason and the evidence. Most problems get a written warning with a date to fix it first. You can send one appeal, and a person reviews it.

1. 1Sign in. A suspended account opens Your account.
2. 2Read the reason, the evidence and any warnings.
3. 3Write your appeal (what is wrong or what you fixed) and tap "Send appeal".
4. 4The decision shows on the same page.

• In most cases you can still open Get paid and move pay you already earned while suspended.
