How do I verify my ID?

The ID check takes about 2 minutes on your phone: a photo of your ID and a selfie. You need it before you can send quotes or be assigned to jobs.

1. 1Open ID check (Profile & badges > ID check).
2. 2Tick the consent box and tap "Start ID check".
3. 3Take a photo of your ID, then a selfie, and come back to OnSiteO.
4. 4Your status changes to "In review", then "Verified".

• If it says "Needs another try", tap "Try the ID check again" in good light with your whole ID in the frame.
