How do I know when the technician arrives?

The job page shows when the technician is on the way, their estimated arrival and when they check in at the site. Your Home page lists who is on site now.

1. 1Open the job from Jobs.
2. 2Look at the arrival card: "on the way", estimated arrival, then "Checked in at the site".
